Lost car registration certificate

Hi

I have not received the car registration certificate yet. As per RTO, they had dispatched it. It has got misplaced somewhere.

Please suggest how to get a copy of the registration certificate?

Also can i drive the car until i get the RC as i have the car insurance with me.

Consult the concerned MLO, obtain duplicate copy as per rule.
It is not a legal query.

Obtain duplicate registration certificate. Contact RTA Office for procedure. Keep a copy of such application duly acknowledged by RTA authorities to show for verification while on drive.

Consult respective RTO office, complete the formalities for issuing the Duplicate RC and get it issued.
