Priority of legal heirs

As per the Hindu Succession Act for a Hindu male's legal heirs - under Class II legal heirs, brothers and sisters are listed in the second category. Does this include only surviving brothers and sisters or do the legal heirs of deceased brothers and sisters also qualify? Thanks.

Generally Any Legal Heir is deceased His/Her Heirs/Children and Wife/Husband would have their Rights Shared among them Selves.

By virtue of provisions of Section 9, heirs of deceased brothers and sisters are not entitled to inherit if there are surviving brothers and sisters.
