Nhai act & land aquisition act 2013

Respected experts,

If NHAI acquires new land for its road widening projects (say, as of today), does recent Land Acquisition Act 2013 applies to it?
We learnt about the fair compensation for acquired rural land under Land Acquisition Act 2013, and are wondering if the same applies to rural land acquired under NHAI act 1956 now?

Let me put the question in different way. Please answer!
Some part of our agriculture land will be acquired by NHAI for NH9 lane expansion. We are expecting a Notice under section 3A to us in the near future.
Should New Land Acquisition act will apply to this and compensated accordingly or not?

know the procedure from NHAI. This is not their first case.

No LAAR ACT,2013 is not applied in this case. your land acquisition would be under NHAI act.
