Appeal in high court

(Querist) 12 October 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have filed a suit of injunction. I applied for stay of 39 (1)(2) (interim stay perhaps) which was rejected. I filed an appeal in Session Court which was rejected on 24/7/2014. What is the time limit to approach High Court. What type of case e.g. Civil Writ Petition I am required to file. Thanks

you have to file civil appeal in high court.

time limit is already over but u can file appeal with condonation of delay application.

take help of local lawyer also.

consult some senior local lawyer for filing appeal before the High Court.
