RETIRED IN 2013 AND CAME OUT OF INDIA IN US
TO MY SON.NOW I HAD TO FILE MY IT RETURN I
CALLED AND EMAIL REQUEST TO CONCERNING BABU
TO SEND ME COPY OF FORM 16 THRU EMAIL SO THAT
I MAY FILE MY IT ON LINE BUT THEY ARE NOT
RESPONDING.WHAT I CAN DO NOW.PL EARLY ADVISE

not a proper way to approach. send a written letter to deptt asking for signed copy.

You can file your return on the basis of Form 26AS which can be downloaded from Income tax site by you after registration. Even after the receipt of form 16 you have to confirm the correctness of entries from form 26AS. File return online, no document need to be attached.

Later you can lodge complaint for copy of form 16 to IT department and the department.
