Dear Sir,

What shall be the procedure for Appearance of respondent in court. As the summon has not been issue on account of address not known and when the respondent has been immigrated to another country.

Apply in court for paper publication.

Thanks Sir for your good advice. But in case of respondent move to foreign country then how can it possible be possible for paper publication / proclamation.
