Supplementary chargesheet

My clients name was there in the FIR in a case but subsequently she dint figure in the charge-sheet which was filed within the stipulated 90 days. But subsequent to that after a year of filing the main charge-sheet the police went to her home with a warrant

Can a supplementary charge-sheet be filed and is there a time limit to filing it and is there a deadline for filing the supplementary charge-sheet even after lapse of 90 days?

secondly can the police issue a warrant after the main charge sheet has been filed?
