Hi,

I have met with an accident and an FIR has been registered under IPC 337. I have taken the bail. The case is pending.

I am planning to apply for H1B visa.

Can i apply for H1B? and will there be any problem in future with this case,if the case is dismissed.

Granting if Visa depend on discretion of issuing country.
The case may or may not affect the prospect.

Yo go through the contents of the application proposed to obtain the said visa. If you find any column in it asking you the details of any criminal offence, you are liable to mention the pending case without fail or else if detected at a later stage, you may face legal action for the offence of suppressing fact material to the issuance of said visa.
