Hello all learned
That lady got divorce from her husband now she wants to insert her name in the behind of her son’s name in the school record and remove the name of her husband from the record what procedure should be adopted ?

Can be done with the consent of both parents.

Though you got divorce, your husband name in the school record cannot be removed. If you remarry, then your new husband name will be replaced in the place of your ex-husband on production of divorce decree and new marraige certificate.

As far as change of surname of the child after divorce between the child's parents, the consent of father of the child is mandatory before the mother proceeds with such an idea.
