Regarding gov service job termination .

dear
i got sellected in uppsc 2008 and i get the post of asst. commisnor trade tax in up . Gov letter i got regarding it on mar 2010. they asked cmo lucknow to arrange medical for candidates but not order me to contact cmo regarding it and i did not get any order from gov or cmo regarding it to contact anyone for medical till now. i wait for 1 year but i hav not get any information from cmo lucknow for medical or any further comunication . in aug 2011 i got a letter that your medical was not done thats why we think you r not intrested for job and your job is not more from now by governer order. i immediate send a letter to gov and secretry of trade tax that i want to join my service and i was waiting for your order regarding medical and i have not get any reminder regarding it so please do not do so .but they mail me that they can do nothing on it . so i want to know what r the possibility to get back my job because i did very hard work for it and there is not my mistake.

this is not repeated query as i have not get ans of my ques. as i think u cant understant my query
1. gov or cmo did not gave me any instruction to contact any one till now .they give instruction to cmo only and without any inst. how can i contact any one.
2 i have not get any reminder from up gov between i got my termination letter .so how can they do so.
3 now what legal process i can do now to get my job back because i did not did any fraud and i was always ready to join that service.
