Bmrda site

(Querist) 19 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,s

2 Years back i have bought a BMRDA approved site ( its second sale) near bommasandra, at that time it was developing, what i understood from the seller and the developer that the entire development will be completing shortly, but the same has not happend till date.

Actually total layout area is about 6 acers, its a joint development between the land owner and the developer.

Recently i have received a notice from the land owner, which is addressed to the developer and including me ( total 32 members) that, you have not develped as per the agreement, and you have acquired the property not from the right authority and you dont have right on the property.

My questing is , now what i have to do on this, what action i have to take, before buying i have taken lawer openion and checked that it is approved by the BMRDA.

Please suggest.

Regards,
Raghavendra

it is necessary to go through agreement entered into by builder with BMRDA to advice . time period must have been mentioned wherein builder was required to construct .since builder failed to do so notice has been issued .

contact a local lawyer . reply to notice

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.
