1. If that person has impersonated as the actual true owner and has got such statements from the bank ( which the bank does not provide to any third person) then a criminal complaint can be filed at the police station near the bank against such person and the bank official for the offence of cheating by impersonation, cheating with an intention that wrongful loss may ensue to the person whose interest the bank was bound to protect and acts done in furtherance of common intention punishable u/s 419, 418 & 34 of the I.P.C.

2. This is a free legal guidance but if need to discuss the case matter proceeding in the court then it is expected that you opt for private post paid telephone legal consultancy.

SECRECY OF CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNTS
The Bank shall not disclose details / particulars of the customer's account to a third person or party without the expressed or implied consent from the customer. However, there are some exceptions, viz. disclosure of information under compulsion of law, where there is a duty to public to disclose and where interest of the Bank requires disclosure.
(Model Deposit policy- Indian Bank's Association)

Apart from the legal action as advised, you should lodge complaint to the controllers of the Bank.
