Vehicle registeration in haryana

we bought a vehicle in jan 2 in haryana of the value of 1059000 and because of our fault we didnt register the vehicle and now we want to register the vehicle, but the mediater told me that the fine is imposed @ 425 per day {total days are 140}i know that the 8% is registeration fee on total value of the vehicle but dont know the value of FINE please help us and save us from huge fine

Consult the local RTO office. Generally the dealer / seller of the vehicle get it registered, how it was delayed?
