For buying old house

(Querist) 04 April 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Hi,

Recenlty I just finalize one deal for buying house but I found few documents are missing and incorrect from my client.

1. Sale Deed Registration Receipt is not found.
2. In Society Map, house no is misplaced. As per map it is next house and client said that it is from beginning.
3. Light bill is of first owner and she is not exists any more.

Is it safe to buy house?
Or Any solution for that?

May be avoided, electricity connection can be changed.
