Nomination validity

(Querist) 30 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Is the flat nomination dt 28.12.2010, valid when presented to the society on 6/3/2014, when the property owner was alive. Owner died on 13th March 2014 after being in coma.

ask flat owner what was he doing for 3 years?

why delay in submitting application . ?

ask member to change date of application and intiall it or submit fresh nomination form to avoid legal complications in future .
