Dear experts

i was having my hearing on rcr petition today but non availability of wife and advocate from her side another date was given.

i want to know whether my wife will be informed by court about next date or i have to inform her personally?

I think she is not taking this seriously as nobody from her side was available for hearing today.

Once a party appears in a suit, he is expected to keep abreast of every date. If one fails to do so, he is open to face for its consequences.

If she or her advocate not appearing continuosly Your Advocate could insist Court for Ex Parte Orders

you need not inform date to ur wife.
If she fails to appear, case will be decided ex-parte in your favour. Your Adv will do the needful.

Court does not inform again after once other party has appeared. Request the Court to proceed ex-party is she does not appear again.
