hi..i am going thru a contested divorce for the last two years..i have completely lost faith on the indian judicial system..all it does is drag the issue no matter how much the party begs to just let go and nothing else..
i want to relive my life for once..can you let me know that is there any country in the world where inspite of my divorce case in india i can still remarry or if not i can finish off my case faster being in a diffrent country..please help
which country is there in the world which would end a contested divorce very fast?

mutual contest divorces get disposed in less than a year . contested divorces take between 5 to 10 years .
reason being trail has to be conducted . both parties have to lead evidence followed by cross examination . then arguments . courts are over burdened . hence results take time .
you cant go and file for divorce to another country since said court wont have any jurisdiction to try your case

Every body has to live in the existing system and the procedure. Court are overburdened and can not proceed without following the procedure.
You can not file case in any other country.
Mutual Consent divorce is the only method for early result in such situation.

Court discourage Divorce.
They try to re-united broken homes thru mediation/ counselling.
If u prove grave hardship, unbearable damages , cruelty to woman, it is possible to get quick divorce.
