Sir,

Please give advise me:-

1) Whether I will go to supreme court against the order of HC u/s 482? where, my husband took stay from arresting to submit false evidence (he did not disclosed proceeding of 82/83 crpc againt him in HC)and the HC gave him stay from arresting and stayed the proceeding in lower court.

2) Please sir, guide me what should i do?
