Property registry

A,bought land from B. B gave him all the documents of land and due to some reasons A didn't get the property registered in his name.A also has possession of land. Now that B is dead and A cannot get registry from B. Now who has real ownership ?
A or can B's sons claim property.

if there is any agreement & documentry evidence regarding the payment then the Owner's LR can execute the deed but if no evidence regarding payment or any malafide intention of LR they can demand the land.

Legal heirs of B can sign sale deed and get it registered.
