Cheating of money

One of the person cheating us for get an employment in government and take rs.15 lakhs. The lot of amount credit in his account only, by hand he is taken nearly 50000 only. After one year he escaped and no contact with him. some days after he contacted me and promise to settle the amount, and issue an empty cheque with sign only. Then he credit the amount nearly 11 lakhs in my bank account. After a long time he could not do anything, if i call him over cell he is not attend the call. It was happen nearly one year. Please advice me which way can i get that balance amount?

you are lucky you were able to recover 11 lakhs .file complaint of cheating before local police station against the said person who defrauded you .

You are equally liable in the matter as you tried to get a job through illegal path. This step of yours you would be depriving some eligible candidate from job, who may be needing it really.
Now lodge a complaint for fraud.

Your stand cannot be stand before the court of law, as there was no written understandings/written commitments between you and the other person. The cash transaction, involved in this case, may be converted into a loan advance and then the transaction will be treated as a civil litigation. Hence the other party can be escaped from you from the act of cheating/fraud.
