The High Court remanded a matter to the Mamlatdar for verification of the documents & also to hear the opponents.Mamlatdar issued to noticies to all,The opponent did appear but did not produced any documentary evidence hence the order was passed in my favor by the Mamlatdar to which & appeal is filed by the opponents to strech the case in spite of the order of the Gujarat High Court that once a land is sold the seller has no locus standi can the high court help as the order of the high court has been complied with ???
