Delay and frequent adjournment by mm

(Querist) 14 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
A case registered in 2005 in MM's Court in Mumbai in a crime that took place in 2002 is getting delayed by resourceful accused persons. The MM and PP act like govt. officers attending the court just to get their salaries and have no desire to speed up the matter. Due to this we are suffering mental torture and severe agony and seek expert opinion to following queries:
1) Can we lodge a complaint with Admin. Judge of Bombay High Court ?

2) Can we intervene in the arguments when PP falters ?
3) How can we bring on records important docs. relevant to the matter and handed over to police but not brought on records by the corrupt IO due to bribes to water down the case and under what section of Cr.PC. Awaiting your considered opinion in the matter.

MM courts are over burdened . too many complaints and too few judges . what is the stage of complaint . ?
dont lodge complaint against MM . it may be counter productive . you can move HC for expediting the hearing and final disposal of your complaint

Engage the advocate of your own and he will, in the guise of assisting the A.P.P. bring out the relevant documents on record by moving appropriate applications and also thwart the attempts of delaying the case by the A.P.P. connived with accused. If necessity arises, he may approach the Higher courts at approriate stages to bring the justice to the complainant.

Respected Experts- Can complainant intervene in argument in a criminal case filed by police as PP may not argue out important issues ?
Todi (Querist) 15 November 2013
Is there any administrative solution as complainant is lacking in resources and can not engage a lawyer as suggested by the experts.? Pl. help.
Todi (Querist) 15 November 2013
Awaiting specific response from experts.
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 16 November 2013
Dear Querist
basically the complainant or his advocate may assist the PP but if the complainant think the PP is currupt then file an application before court and pray to allow to argue the matter if court think fit then the court may pass an order and allow the application.

Secondly your query is regarding:
How can we bring on records important docs. relevant to the matter and handed over to police but not brought on records by the corrupt IO due to bribes to water down the case and under what section of Cr.PC.
so in this regard you can file a complaint against IO before court under section 204 of IPC before criminal court u/s 200 of Cr.P.C.
Feel free to call
