wife if seperated/divorced in muslim law legally or sharia can she take custody of childrens aged 17female,15female,13female,6yrs boy in court or other?if husband wants them.

where are you from ?

as per law, female children should be with mother until 21 years and after attaining major they will give concern than only allow the court to go with father, and boy also when completed 18 years will decided.
