Dear experts pls let me after filing rcr is it mandatory that respondent and petitioner have to present in the court.actually i filed rcr in faridabad for my wife and she is saying that she will not attend the court her advocate will attend the case

she need not attend on each and every date . her advocate presence is sufficient .
