False case of harrasment

Hi
I got married as per Hindu act in Delhi in May 2013.
After a month, I found that she had physical relations with a couple of people before marriage . The source was that I had got hold of some of the tests that she had been asked to do Chlamydia was one of this test.
Later , when I confronted her , she begged to continue our marriage and I had agreed. Now Last month, her parents came to take her to their home in Kanpur saying that she will come back after 10 days , however even after 20 days she has not come back and not picking my calls.
Now I am afraid that she has a malicious intent and may want to implicate me in false cases.
I am afraid that since she in Kanpur and I am in Delhi that if she files a complaint against me in Kanpur, police may arrest me, take to Kanpur.
Is there any precautionary step which I can take to avoid this arrest.
Please let me know. Thanks
UPDATE : WHAT IF , IMMEDIATELY I GO TO MY LOCAL POLICE STATION AND FILE A COMPLAINT (NOT FIR) STATING THAT SHE HAS GONE WITH HER PARENTS WILLINGLY AND THAT SHE CAN THREATEN ME & MY FAMILY AND HENCE DO NOT GIVE ANY IMPORTANCE TO HER. I CAN ALSO GET THE DIARY NUMBER OF THE COMPLAINT
WILL THIS AVOID IMMEDIATE ARREST IF SHE FILES A FALSE COMPLAINT? I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WILL BE TAKEN AS A DISPUTED MATTER AND IF KANPUR POLICE COMES , WE CAN STATE THE COMPLAINT THAT WE HAVE ALREADY MADE AND IT WILL BE TAKEN AS A COURT MATTER AND NOT IMMEDIATE ARREST.

You should keep mum in this matter otherwise shall invite problem. Let her parents talk with you. You respond with your in-laws as if nothing has happnned with you and that you are happy with the marriage.

yes, you immediately go to your nearest Police Station and inform all the past matter in written(General Diary)for your safety but it is note that you not file a complaint against your wife and in-laws, for smooth relation of marital life. And between these days you try to contact with your wife and in-laws regarding come back of your wife.
If they not give you proper response then you may file a complain against your in-laws, for more steps you contact your nearest lawyer.

If you want to patch up try talking to her what is bothering her and sort out the mutual differences amicably. If really you are suspecting that she'd file some serious false criminal cases against you and you've strong proof of her adulterous conduct etc seek an anticipatory bail by talking to a criminal lawyer.

Contacting to police in the matter in dispute shall in turn prove a fatal for you and your family.
Police is not meant for resolving petty family issues rather it concerned with the law and order problem. Complaint, if any, is to be made, should be made to either elders of the family or common relative otherwise an open pendora of the cases shall start.
