Fdi in online gaming/ betting

Under extant FDI policy is prohibited in gaming/ betting in India. Whether the said prohibition would be applicable to company which wants to run online contests. A participant is required to purchase ticket and answer a question. Those who gives right answers, will get chance to win another prize.
