Oustees category plot

Dear Experts,

i have submitted form no. 5 (oustee category residential plot) against my land acquired by haryana urban devlopment authority from three villages. need your valuable views to confirm my entitlement of plot.
is i am entitled one separate plot against each villages??? or only a single plot against all villages.
