copy of cognigance order of court is necessary to file quash of 498a

Dear Sir,

kindly suggest that, quash petition before the high court of patana can be filed on base of final charge sheet and diary.

as my advocate is saying that , taking of certified copy of order will take about 6 days.

my qush petition will be on juriditional base and other false alegations.

Kindly suggset the proper remidies to file quash as early .
