fellow brothers & sisters,
ask your guidance:
my friend got information, ofcourse half, that there was a case against him and first hearing will be in third/fourth week of this month.
he has not received any intimation frm neither from petitioner nor court.
he has a doubt of a foul play with him for tactic of a 'ex-party'
he wants to appear in court bt w/o having any details hw can he ?
pl. guide in this scenario what one should do.

GO TO COURT
FIND OUT ANY CASE ON HIM, from Court Office , or from Internet.Appear before court and apply to file VP, search lawyer, with memo of ur address if reqd.
That's all.
Engaging advocate will solve this problem immediately, with ease. No Tension

no case is registered till today to his knowledge.
if m not mistaken, on internet only running case is shown.
if at all there is a case, it shall b first. thn w/oo hving case no. hw layman can find out ? since u r well versed with court, u knw better. hope u will guide hw to find way.

thanks.
neither he receive any notice frm lady nor any summons frm court till today. frm well wisher, he come to knw there r chances there will be a first hearing in 3rd or 4th week of this month.
it is matched with gud reputation of girl family. they r famous in soc. for playing such type of tactic.
so i request pl. guide hw to check ? and what steps to be taken if info is true ?

you have to attend court to find out whether any such case is registered or not . check the records of fresh filings done in preceding 3 months .

you have to pay some money to the concerned clerk. A small amount of 50 rupees may be. or approach through an advocate.
And also file a caveat for future purpose in this regard...
