sir,
my uncle property in bangalore he was death in 1983 but legal wife(heir) my aunty vedhavalli only no child. mu aunty adopson son i am only issued munisief court legal heir certificate.now my aunty is death in 1/8/2010 .my uncle property in bangalore enjoy ment second wife krishnaveni ammal no child . krishnaveni ammal already married gurusamy was death 3 childrens living with my uncle death till after my uncle home continue occupy living also krishnaveniammal death in 2006.my uncle property occupy gurusamy son dharmalingam till date . how to recovery please advise.
