R/SIR,MADAM,
DISTRICT COURT ORDER RS.3000 AS MAINTENANCE MONEY FROM MY HUSBAND TO ME. AS I WAS JOBLESS AND STUDYING.NOW I GOT A GOVT JOB SO,
1.WILL MY MAINTENANCE MONEY STOP?
2.IS IT COMPULSORY THAT I HAVE TO MENTION THAT I HAVE GOT A GOVT JOB?
3.IS MY HUSBAND CAN ASK MONEY FOR HIS MAINTENANCE?
PLZ HELP ME OUT

you have got a govt jon now . you can take care of your self . you should not take maintenance of rs 3,000 from your husband .
the sum of Rs 3000 shall be paid to you till the order is modified . if your husband comes to know that you have got a job he will make application for modification of order .
if your husband is working he wont get any maintenance from you

If you have no children, your maintenance will be stopped after your husband get order to modify the present order.
