Proportion of maintenance between wife and parents

To what proportion of property and salary a wife and parents are entitled to get as maintenance?
Is it true that wife is entitled to half of his husband's salary/property?

as on date wife is not entitled to 50%of husband property . the maintenance that wife/parenyts would get depends upon number of factors . his income , number of dependents , whether wife is wporking or not etc

I support the views of Shri Sethi.
The earning of H & W, their need, the need of children, their property, their dependents , and who all have to support parents, etc are factors considered, after arriving at the nett income [travel to job, tax, compulsory deductions like PF, Gratuity, age factors , everything is considered as per evidence lead by both the parties.
There is no such thumb rule of 1/3. Never.
