Bombay tenancy act

(Querist) 08 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
my father is farming in one agggicultur land sinc 1955, my father died in 1985; and after that i farming this land since 2000; after some time the land lord, sale the land another person but due to some technical problem in mutation entry, the sale is not consider by revenue authority , but the land lord give possission the land to third person, so in this situtation what is remedy for me? in which court in revenu or civil i file a suit? under which sec and what for i pray to court?
