Payment harrasment

(Querist) 29 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir
the cheque was was issued on may 20 2013
the cheque was bounced on may 30 2013.
after that he issue me a lawyer legal notice on june 29 2013
and i do not have any court stay order.

i want to know can i take a stay order from making calls and and meet me in the office.
because he is dangerous guy to deal. can i fill cheque bouncing case from to protecting
from calls and visiting that once in a week.
