Land acquisition

(Querist) 14 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
After acquiring land by State Govt. award should be passed within 2 years from 4(1) notification otherwise the entire proceeding must become lapse. But after quashing 4(1) by High Court, whether this 2 years is applicable from the date of 4(1) (for cancelling acquisition).
