What are the steps to be taken to speed-up decision on writ in hc

I have filed a writ against my employer in the year 2010. Writ admitted on 4.10.2010. Later I filed an amendment petition - Decision is: Ordered on 28.9.12
I filed Out of order petition.
Decision is : STAY 21.12.2012.
Last listing date: 30.4.2013
Posting Stage: Final Hearing.
It did not reach on that day and it is not notified about the next posting date.
i) What does it mean on my out of petition "STAY"?
ii) As next hearing date is not known, what steps I have to take to get back on the case for next hearing?
iii) I have less than 2 years service, if it is not decided now there is no benefit for me.
Though I am one of the experts on Lawyers Club of India, I am not a practising advocate.
My advocate always says the Judge is taking up the WPs of 2007 and it will take its time.
What should I do? How to settle this case within few months.
I request the experts to guide me properly in my own case. Thanks.

Ask your advocate to mention the matter before the Judge urging him to list your case for hearing.
Since your case has urgency, the matter should be listed for hearing.
