Arrest by police

Dear Experts,

Can the persons from Crime Branch Delhi Police or CBI arrest a person who is trading in imported items.
They came at premises of the Persons and refused to show their I. Card neither any arrest warrant.
They took away the persons to personal Farm House and threatening to take actions.
What sud be done in this case ? Please advise if any legal remedy is available against them ?

The police officers have done an illegal act so a criminal case can definitely be filed against them under various sections including the illegal confinement, threatening to kill etc.

Contact a local lawyer and file a criminal complaint before the area magisrate.
