respected sir/madam,
my father has 1 brother and 2 sisters.
before 28 yrs my dads grandfather had directly given all property to my dad legally.
my dad has done all education and marriage of their brother and 2 sisters.
now my uncle and nephew s had filed case against my dad for share in property.
my query - are they eligible for share in property?

If it is self acquired property of your Grand father then no problem. You father is the absolute owner of that ppropery.
