respected sir/madsm,
I have property at jm rd pune.
I have tenant for 100sqft area before 26 yrs ago.
we have taken that property for development before 26yrs on condition to give him same area in developed property. but after development we have failed to give him premises, so he filed case against us small cause court then district court and then high court. after that we settled the matter out of court mutually and given possession of premises before 5 yrs on rs1200 rent monthly. but today's actusl rent value is rs 10000 per month. how can I get the proper rent of market value?

You can increase the rent as per the provisions of the mah rent control act.

File a rent petition for the fixation of fair rent.
