Can i take a land on lease belongs to sc, to start a business

(Querist) 11 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

I want to start a Farming business, Hence I would like to know, whether i can take a Land on Lease, which belongs to SC Community or Lease basis or monthly rental basis. Do i have any problem in the future if i take the land from SC community for Lease.Kindly Advise.

There wont be any problem if it taken on lease. There should be understanding and smooth relation.

If The land is agricultural and in U.P. YOU CAN NOT DO SO.
