Dear Sir,

PLease advise,

Matter FIR lodged in Police Stn 198a. Husband already charged with 498a for jail and for others like selling wife jewellery. threatening her. Husband is in Jail for one week. Police Stn. recovered few jewellery from Jweller where husband sold her jwellery. Now What is the procedure to take custody of jwellery by wife. Does she have to arrange PVT adv. or Sarkari Vakil will do the further procedure. and What is the Bail Amt after one week for Husband.

She can apply before the Magistrate for taking delivery of jewelries.

The complainant wife can also move her application for sapurdari through APP. The wife should not care for the bail amount to be incurred by her husband for his bail.
