Deall Experts, my brother has been implicated in false 498A, As per the advice given by our lawyer, we applied to High Court and obtained Same-day-hearing order and he advised that my brother, who is husband and main accused, should surrender and get bail. Accordingly, my brother surrendered but did not get bail. Simultaneouly interim bail was applied and granted, when applied for regular bail, two times interim bail was extended and third time it was rejected.
Kindly advice what should we do now? I am apprehending thag our lawyer did not put our case in proper manner otherwise every lawyer said that he will get bail easily.

If in the final order the bail is rejected, then, go to the high court.

You have not told which court rejected the bail. If the regular bail was rejected by trial court then go to Sessions Court for that purpose.
