There is a (Annanmar)Temple in my street which has been administrated by my family for the past 40 years. My father and our ancestors have contributed more than any other people in the street towards the temple development. Recent times I have been facing problem with a small gang of people in my street over who should do the administration of the temple...Can you please advice how I can handle this problem thru court? I am planning to approach the court to ensure our rights over the temple...Thanks in advance for your advice....

If you identified those persons , who are meddling with your temple administration , then lodge a complaint with a nearest Police station against those culprits.

Hi Shashikant. Thanks. Since I believe I may not get a good response from police station for such civil problems, I want to deal it thru court.

You may contact a local lawyer who will prepare and file the case.

You can file a civil suit for injunction against those persons and can also seek declaration from the same court in the same suit to the effect that you since your forefathers are administering the temple properly so have a preferential right thereon.
