Sir,

We are two brother one agri lan purchase my father in 1956 . he expire in 1977. agriland transferred in our name in 1980. we have three sister. can sister claim in agri land. can i sale my part of the land

how was land transferred in your name in 1980 ? did the sisters execute any relinquishment deed at thast time please clarify .

If the share was duly transferred in your name after demise of your father, you can easily sale your share being its exclusive owner.
