Sir,

a seller hav 100 outlets and raising sales inv from corporate address and a customer suffer because there is no address of sales outlet since head office is no in position to identify the sale. Is it deficiency in Service ?

Can we say it is unfair trade practice, since it defeats other law time being inforce as Vat, Incometax,, Labour laws etc.Pl advise

Each law has its own procedure and process to apply. Consumer Protection Act is also having provisions of its applicability. go through the facts of your case whether the same do come within the ambit of fora or not.
