Can the interim order of alimony/litigation charges awarded in matrimonial case(for divorce u/sec 13 of HMA) pending be executed in the same proceedings.
Kindly if Yes a judgment to that effect.

Mr.MR.B,
You can make a submission before the court to direct the defendants to pay the ordered amount. Court will definately direct the defendants to obey the order.
