hello guests ,

pls tel i want to know what to do if order is against us delivered by high court in 138 N.I what we can do? is any revison or appeal or SLP?

my advocate told me revision , but tel me whom before revision lies after HC? in supreme court there is SLP?

revision will be appropriate, SLP is allowed in SC only for constitutional or complex legal issues and that only after SC permits the same.

@makkad sir @clone sir thankuuu both... ok got it that i have to file revision but in what court ? my question was if i have to file revision , then where i have to file coz above HC , SC is there..so where should i file revision against order of HC? thankxsxsx..help me
