the area in a sale deed is missing. the poa giving person and poa holder both died. now, how the area can be mentioned i.e. how this can be rectified?

The respective legal heirs can execute and register a deed of declaration.

What is exactly issue? clarify it.

It is also be noted that area of sale deed can not increase.

area in sata khat was mentioned. but due to mistake area in sale deed missed to mentioned. now the heir of poa giving person is asking for more money to rectify this. how do i sale property

Heirs of POA holder have no right of say in the given case. The legal heirs of the original owner (POA giver/Principal) can only execute and register the rectification deed as required.
