Dear sir
i am owner of a company. In my company one of my exworker and one worker fought on road and my worker injured the exworker using a sharp edged knife. Both colluded and put me and my wife's name in the case. I put the relative o fthe injured worker one of our municipal councillor in the case to arrive at compromise. He has just put my name to extract money. He gave us affidavit saying that he was not hurt by any one of us and was injured by some other people. The cas is under sections 324, 506 and 34. A=Now when is required to depose in court he is saying that he will depose against us although we have put his affidavit in court duly attested by the Attorney and is counter signed by complainints mother/ mama and the municipal councillor. what is our legal standing and what we can do now.

After the filing of affidavit the case has lost most of its merit. Do not worry about the case. it would be dismissed soon.

The affidavit shall become a vital point to contradict such person when he comes in witness box and if he makes his statement thereto as threatened and its entire benefit shall go to the accused persons.
