Dear experts,
A person filed a complaint against an other for dismentaling his with out any authority using a bulldozer using with filthy language,for which the person given a police complaint.a copy of the same sent to the Supdt.of police.But the police did not register the FIR.After many efforts made by the person at last police issued FIR but after one and half month fro the date of complainant.The police did not taking any efforts to arrest the man .but the MAN is powerful politically and economically.What is the SOLUTION for getting justice in the Court of Law.kindly advice in this regard.

The complainant can move through a lawyer in the Magistrate Court u/sec.210 Cr.P.C. or he can file a Writ Petition under article 226 of Indian Constitution in High Court for in-action of Police Authority on residuary ground.
